Annual General Meeting
Our next Annual General Meeting is on Thursday 28th November at Erskine Court, Sutherland Road, Lordshill, Southampton SO16 8FZ. The meeting starts at 1130 with a performance from the Community Choir at Erskine Court. The choir is led by Alison Moffatt and is funded through our contract with Southampton City Council.
Mike Page will present his Chairman’s Report along with the Treasurers Report. Iane Chambers, TWICS Manager will give her overview of the past year. Trustees will be elected and our Accountants confirmed.
We are providing a buffet lunch giving everyone an opportunity to chat and network.
